If you smell gas
- Call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999. It's free and open 24 hours a day. They'll come out and make it safe, usually by capping off your gas supply, but they don't carry out repairs.
- Then give us a ring on 07506 025462. We'll find the leak, repair it and get your gas back on safely.
While you wait
- Open doors and windows
- Turn off the gas at the meter, if you can do it safely
- Don't use light switches, plugs or anything that could cause a spark, and don't smoke
- If you feel unwell, get into fresh air and get medical advice
How we fix it
We'll trace where the leak is coming from, whether that's the pipework or an appliance.
Then we'll repair it and test the whole system before turning your gas back on, so you know it's safe.
